Before scheduling, we discuss the existing surface or installation, access conditions, materials and the expected result. Any additional work is agreed before it is carried out.

- Suitable fixings
- Installation and alignment
- Final check
Wall type and bracket determine the fixing method
Concrete, masonry, lightweight block and drywall do not use the same fixings. The wall type, TV weight and bracket model should be known before installation.
Articulating mounts place greater loads on the wall than fixed mounts, making substrate assessment especially important.
What affects the work
- Send the bracket model and TV size.
- Tell us the wall type if known.
